Richard Panter is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RightPlace Consulting, where he has spent more than a decade building the firm into a trusted partner for organizations tackling complex software, data, and analytics challenges.

Richard began his technology career by recruiting, assembling, and leading high-performance software and data science teams for companies ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises to early-stage startups. That foundation shaped RPC's core philosophy: great outcomes come from the right people, aligned around clear business objectives, supported by disciplined delivery processes.

Since founding RightPlace Consulting in 2013, Richard has overseen the delivery of enterprise web, mobile, and data platforms across a wide range of industries, including mobility, transportation, financial services, and consumer technology. His experience spans custom software development, data science and analytics, machine learning, cloud platforms, and enterprise application delivery. Clients have included organizations such as Daimler, Mercedes, car2go, and Southwest Airlines.

Today, Richard focuses on RPC's overall business strategy and operational execution. He is deeply involved in software delivery oversight, business and technical analysis, resource acquisition and agile project management, ensuring that RPC teams deliver practical, scalable solutions with a strong return on investment. Known for his ability to connect people and ideas, Richard brings a relationship-driven, results-focused approach to building long-term client partnerships grounded in trust, transparency, and execution excellence.

Zach Arrington

Zach began his career in financial services, spending more than a decade as an analyst, OSJ, and operations director for independent wealth management firms and broker-dealers. That background gave him a deep, first-hand understanding of regulated environments, operational risk, and how technology decisions directly impact revenue, compliance, and customer trust.

He later transitioned into technology leadership, specializing in building and managing high-performing onshore and offshore development teams to deliver enterprise-grade software products across multiple industries. Zach has served as product owner, lead architect, and delivery lead on large-scale platforms, including FieldWatch, which under his leadership became the world's leading digital marketing compliance application for direct sellers. In parallel, he has led the technical architecture and execution of international digital marketing campaigns, bridging product, engineering, and go-to-market strategy.

At RPC, Zach operates at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. His combined experience in finance, product, and engineering allows him to translate executive goals into scalable, practical systems—and to ensure those systems are actually delivered, adopted, and maintained over time.
