The RPC Team helped Texas’ largest public service portal find and utilize the resources needed to fulfill its massive functionality requirements. We were able to seamlessly integrate our team into Texas.gov’s existing structure and provide much needed support for feature development that had fallen behind schedule.
Texas.gov serves thousands of people every day with systems ranging from Vehicle Registration and driving records to handgun licensing and vital records like birth and death certificates. This diverse functionality was spread out across a large app ecosystem and several legacy systems. Finding themselves faced with deadlines for project completion that stretched their resources beyond their limits, the Texas.gov team turned to RightPlace to help get their processes completed quickly and efficiently.
The RPC Team was selected due to their proven expertise across multiple technologies and our ability to create a holistic strategy across multiple apps and technologies. Our ability to quickly assess the business needs of even large organizations and adapt our processes and tactics accordingly was critical to the success of this engagement. Throughout the process the RPC proved the value of our collaborative, agile approach on complicated projects.
Customer first model:
To complete this process, RPC Team members were embedded in the client organization and became full time staff for these projects until their completion. Our highest priority at every stage of this process was seamless integration of our strategies and resources resulting in minimal interruptions to end users.
Here at RPC, we know there are many different technology choices out there and it can get confusing when trying to find the right fit. On this project, we worked with our client through several iterations of their legacy tech stack as well as options and resources that would best complement it as they built out new features.
